The Damiano Center is accepting volunteers again to help in their community kitchen! Due to COVID-19 restrictions, they are only taking two to three volunteers per shift. They have suggested the shifts be split up. The shift from 8:30 to 11:00 am will be for food preparation. The shift from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm will be for serving food.
The Outreach Team has decided to reserve any fifth Saturday of each month for Asbury UMC. This usually occurs four to five times per year. The first two dates are Saturday, October 29 and Saturday, December 31. A sign-up sheet is in the Narthex for anyone interested in helping. Volunteers must be 16 or older.
