The Outreach Team reports that the Damiano Center is looking for volunteers to help in their community kitchen in 2026! The Center requires one to two volunteers per shift. The first shift is from 8:30 to 10:30 am for food preparation. The second shift is from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm for serving food.
Asbury UMC volunteers the second Saturday of each month. Dates to volunteer in 2026 are June 13, July 11, August 8, September 12, October 10, November 14, December 12.
A sign-up sheet will be in the Narthex prior to each date for anyone interested in helping. Volunteers must be 16 or older.
